With a background in property development, Nate established a company supplying Architectural Aluminum to Canadian REITs. Alongside his wife Tania, they manage Hummingbird Capital Properties, focusing on multifamily real estate.

SHEIKH SAIFUDDIN.
Sheikh Saifuddin is an international speaker, serial investor, and Web3 pioneer. He has built successful e-commerce stores and an events business in partnership with Shopify and BlogTO. Recently, he has been featured on Hala London TV and The Gladiator Summit in Dubai. Sheikh has shared the stage with Marissa Peer, Dariush Soudi, and Sarah Almadani. He is also the CEO of Nobl Art, an exciting art project based in Switzerland. Additionally, he loves investing in real estate in Canada and abroad.

Sheikh is passionate about human transformation, which led him to create Quantum Life, his coaching program designed to help people effortlessly create their personal dream lives. He believes that abundance should be present in all areas of life and assists people in fast-tracking their way to it. Sheikh graduated from Brock University with a degree in International Business. JESSICA-ANN BOIRON.
Jessica-Ann Boiron is a former Bay Street corporate lawyer turned entrepreneur and real estate investor. In 2016 Jess founded Bliss Realty Inc. with the goal of flipping houses. Since then, she has overseen over $500M in real estate transactions and the Bliss group of companies has grown to be the one of Canada’s largest residential property acquisition firms, with an in-house team of over 30 employees. With operations spanning the nation, the group has acquired close to 1,000 properties across Canada.
Driven by her passion to grow and stabilize her residential rental property portfolio, Jess invests in a mix of apartment buildings, single-family homes, duplex conversions, short term rentals and coach house builds. Additionally, through her company Suite Dreams Rentals Inc., Jess has established herself as one of the premier boutique cottage rental providers in Ontario.
Beyond her entrepreneurial pursuits, Jess shares her expertise as an Adjunct Professor at Carleton University where she teaches Business Law at the Sprott School of Business.
Outside of her professional endeavours, Jess enjoys travelling, staying active and most of all cherishes spending quality time with her daughter.
CARINA GUZMÁN.
Carina Guzmán, a true visionary, commands the spotlight at the helm of Creative Dev Ventures, a company dedicated to land development with purpsose. Her mission is nothing short of awe-inspiring – to orchestrate the growth of integrated communities in a way that respects the environment, uplifts spirits, and secures prosperous futures for all. She is also a coach, and through her Land Development Academy, she mentors aspiring land developers as well as experienced professionals seeking to innovate. Carina Guzmán signifies not just land development but the transformation of landscapes, the preservation of our Earth, and the creation of wealth for all involved.
In her personal life, she is the mother of two boys - Markos and Tristan and is married to Dave Wallace who also works with her as the COO of the company. Carina loves reading, working out - she’s a huge music lover and her favourite time is time with her family.

With over 20 years of diverse experience in real estate investing, including multifamily
properties, a glamping retreat, boutique waterfront motel, and a developing tiny home
communities, Victoria is a seasoned expert in the field.

Diana Lidstone is a sought-after business strategist and coach specializing in

With nearly 40 years of entrepreneurial experience, she is also a real estate
investor, best-selling author, award-winning speaker, and podcast host. Diana is
known for her straightforward advice and simple strategies that boost joy, profit,
and freedom for her clients.
Her podcast, Work Less PROFIT More, offers practical tips for achieving
sustainable business success without burnout or complex tech.
Recently Diana has been selected as one of three finalists for the Ottawa’s
Business Woman of the Year award.
Diana lives on a farm near Brockville, Ontario, Canada, where she enjoys
